 Dennis and Andy attended the ORSA AGM 2010 in Auckland last weekend.
The lads had a great time meeting and mingling with bears and bearettes from all over Australia and NZ. Apart from the good company, great tunes and excellent entertainment there was some formal business also attended to which has some good news for Brisbane RSC. Andy McKnight was voted on as ORSA secretary until 2012, Gary Love was voted in as ORSA rep for Queensland and Kim Nelson will take up the post of ORSA Webmaster.
Brisbane RSC continues to be active in ensuring that all bears in the ORSA region have a voice at Ibrox and its a credit to the club that they've been considered for these roles.
On behalf of all of Brisbane RSC, we wish them well in their roles and hope that they can move forward with the mandate set by the ORSA membership. A copy of the ORSA AGM minutes will be circulated shortly detailing the motions passed as a mandate for the ORSA committee. A short summary will be sent to the RSC members with the key points.
They say every picture tells it's own story and by the looks of these everyone enjoyed Saturday night - a few pics and clips for your viewing pleasure. Check out those fa fa fina's and the amazing Flute Band and Raratonga drummers mash up!

 This weekend our Old Firm rivals travel to Ibrox in the early kick off game on Sunday.
With last weekends postponement due to frozen pitch, a win in this encounter will put us 10 points clear of Celtic and in a great position before the split fixtures are announced in a few weeks time.
This SPL clash will be shown LIVE at the Pig Riverside this Sunday 28th with kick off at 10.30pm, so get yourself along early to take in the pre match atmosphere

The RSC Quarterly meeting will be held THIS Thursday 25 February 2010 in the Pig N Whistle Riverside at 1930hrs.
It would be nice to see many members and non members come along to this meeting as there will be plenty to catch up on just before the match against Celtc on the 28 February 2010 (LIVE again, 2230hrs KO).

This weekend Rangers travel to Perth take on St Johnstone in the early kick off game on Saturday. A win is a must to put us 13 points ahead of Celtic which will continue the pressure on them before they kick off on Sunday and set us up nicely for next weekends Old Firm game.
