Our aims for the 2008/2009 season are as follows:

  • Expect each and every member to support and endorse the “Rangers First” principle, namely thinking about the impact of your actions on the Rangers image, and acting accordingly.
  • Encourage attendance at live games, with the committee leading by example and attending in full as often as possible. We aim to get back to the “dirty dozen” and see regular attendance from more and more members.
  • Continue to support local charities through donation and support whenever possible.
  • Improve the meetings and social side of the club through more diverse events and holding monthly meetings in regional areas (i.e. The Glen Hotel, The Kenmore Tavern, Chermside Centre), allowing all members the chance to easily attend.
  • Promote ORSA through both membership and at live games. ORSA gives us a voice at Ibrox, so we need to embrace it or lose this important mouthpiece.

It is the intention of the Committee to fully support the above aims. This is a transitional time and we need to play an active part in the long term future of the Rangers.
